Data exchange between third parties Guidelines

This recommendation is dedicated to data exchange between partners. In the first section, it presents in a very educational way, the main exchange formats used within the French automotive industry. The second section introduces the formats recommended to be used while exchanging data according to the CAD and PLM platforms used by the OEM and the supplier. The last section describes the standard business cases of collaboration in the industry and, for each case, it provides a recommended formats list. This guideline is partuclarly dedicated to new coming partners, starting a collaboration with the French automotive industry.
