At the end of this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Industrial, Production or Supply Chain Managers
  • Operations Managers, Industrial Logistics Managers, Planning, Production Managers.
  • Supply Chain Project Managers, Operational Excellence Managers, Supplier Development Programme Managers, Procurement Managers.
  • Integrators of software solutions and consultants in industrial management.

 

  • Have an ASCM profile (ASCM ID)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (materials and exam in English).
  • Mastery of the fundamentals of the Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operations management and/or flow management.
  • Level of education: Bac + 2 or equivalent and ability to organise personal work for the exam.

  • APICS accredited trainers, who have completed a training course in training techniques.
  • Experts in Supply Chain Management and Lean Management.
  • Industrial experience > 15 years.
  • Expertise in supporting the implementation of methods and techniques.
  • Higher education.

Personal work, between course sessions, is estimated at 80 hours (pre-reading, revisions, and online resources).

ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

  • Quizzes on the different sessions, intermediate and final test.
  • Passing the APICS CPIM certification. The participants manage the organisation of the examination themselves.

Terms and conditions and deadlines for acces

  • Inter-company: register at least 10 days before the start of the session (registration on www.galia.com)
  • Intra-company: organisation within a minimum of 4 weeks (flexible according to needs, from 10 people: contact us).

Access to the webclasses via the Teams video conferencing tool. The trainee will be able to carry out the training from his workstation. For any technical questions related to the workstation, he/she can contact the IT department of his/her company. For all technical or pedagogical questions concerning the training module, the trainee can contact the trainer directly. An answer will be given during the session or at the latest within 48 hours.

Practical information

The price includes online resources and dictionary, membership to APICS, access to the Akorium exam preparation platform, registration for the exam, lunches for face-to-face days.
