This best practices guideline was drawn up by GALIA members, in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, following feedback from companies on crisis management, particularly in terms of customer-supplier communication and updating of information systems and EDI.

This new GALIA Profile for INVOIC V5 (Profile A14054), based on the D96A directory, has been updated to comply with the electronic invoicing reform and the EN 16931 standard through the addition of several new mandatory requirements.

The intention of this document is to standardise EDI Interchange Agreements among major Companies.
