Update of the “KPIs for Automotive SCM” recommendation

The definition and implementation of logistics performance indicators is an essential part of the automotive supply chain. It is fundamental to achieve strategic objectives, to identify and to eradicate dysfunctions, to measure objectively progress as part of continual improvement. 

AIAG and Odette have updated the “Key Performance Indicators for Global Materials Management and Logistics” recommendation. 
The objective was to provide a simplified reference and to be easily implemented between the different partners and ranks of the Supply Chain, in accordance with the requirements of Global MMOG / LE. It covers the following fields: Service Rate, Reliability of Despatch Advice, Packaging / Identification / Logistics Documents, Production Disorders, Suppliers Cooperation.
